EAA Chapter 1167

Old Business:

• Fall Fly-in planned for Nov. 9
• B25. Will it be at MYR or Grand Strand?
• P51 might be available.
• Chapter Logo and merchandising materials: Doug to make ink screen for T-Shirts. Suggests each member buy shirts on Amazon and bring to the meeting to ink it. Larry wants hat and/or name tags.
• Doug to keep looking for picnic tables on auction sites.

New Business:

• Dues are due in Oct.
• Should the Chapter spend funds on AAST? Contact County schoold board?

Main Discussion:

• Fly-in's for next year will be in May and Sep. Dates to be chosen.
• Insurance is going up!

Tech Talk:

• Jim talked about Emergencies. Advised that three area's would be forthcoming: 1. Airspace Speeds, 2. Weather and Flight Planning. 3. Electronic flight bags.
